Wilmington Health — Midtown I

Full-scope interior services
Design. Build. Furnish. Move.
Sage Interiors Group designs, builds, furnishes and moves you into your space — so your facility reopens on schedule, not in phases. Healthcare-grade planning with a single point of contact from the first test fit to move-in day.

What we do
Most interior projects pass between a designer, a contractor, a furniture dealer and a mover — and every handoff costs time, budget and intent. We self-perform and manage all four, so the space you approve is the space you open.
Planning built around how your people actually work.
Interior improvements delivered by the team that drew them.
Specified, procured and installed without a dealer handoff.
The last mile most design firms leave to you.
Our work
Our design practice grew up in healthcare, where workflow, infection control and durability decide whether a room succeeds. We bring that same discipline to every environment we deliver.

Process
One schedule, one budget, one point of contact. Because we write the specification, we can price it, build it and install it without surprises in between.
We learn how your people work and document headcount, adjacencies, equipment and accessibility needs.
Test fits, finishes, construction documents and a full furniture and equipment specification for your approval.
Demolition through finishes, with our team managing trades, inspections and punch list.
Furniture, art and equipment received, inspected, stored and installed on schedule.
Relocation, final cleaning and move-in styling. You walk into a finished space.
After opening day
Facilities keep changing. The team that built your space is the easiest one to call when it needs to change again.
Facility refreshes and maintenance projects, emergency furniture replacement, repairs, touch-ups and reupholstery.
Professional completion photography and video, including drone coverage, for your marketing and records.
